Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of React-based frontend applications for JP Morgan Chase's digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences for financial services
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices in agile sprints
• Implement secure, scalable solutions compliant with financial regulations such as GDPR and SOX
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend services handling sensitive financial data
• Drive innovation in frontend technologies to enhance client-facing tools like mobile banking apps and investment dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Deep understanding of financial services technologies and compliance requirements
