Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain critical technology solutions using ReactJS, JavaScript, and Python within the Equities Technology team
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality software for equities trading and market data systems
• Design scalable, secure applications that support real-time financial transactions and compliance requirements
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust performance in high-volume trading environments
• Integrate front-end ReactJS interfaces with back-end Python services for seamless user experiences in financial platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions on best practices in financial software development
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement innovative solutions for equities technology challenges
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and data security protocols in all developed systems
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience in agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Knowledge of financial services or equities trading systems
• Ability to design and implement scalable technical solutions
