Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of intuitive UI components integrated with AI features for JP Morgan Chase's digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to incorporate AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics into user experiences
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable UI code that adheres to financial industry standards
• Optimize UI performance for real-time financial data visualization, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across devices
• Implement secure, compliant AI interfaces that handle sensitive customer data in line with regulatory requirements
• Prototype and iterate on AI-enhanced features, such as chatbots or recommendation engines, to improve customer engagement in banking services
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine UI/AI solutions for trust and value in banking experiences
• Stay abreast of emerging AI and UI technologies, applying them to enhance JP Morgan's competitive edge in fintech
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for critical financial applications
• Contribute to architectural decisions for UI/AI systems, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's global technology strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on UI development
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven user interfaces in a financial services context
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks used in enterprise banking applications
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, PSD2, and banking compliance standards
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for working with sensitive financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch integrated into UI applications
• Prior work at a major financial institution, particularly in digital banking or fintech
• Certifications in UI/UX design (e.g., Google UX Design) or AI ethics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying AI-enhanced UIs

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Experience with AI integration tools such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom ML models in UIs
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
