Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that align business needs with software development capabilities
• Collaborate with product owners to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring data-driven insights inform solution architecture
• Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to facilitate seamless project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or solutions analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading technical solutions that bridge product owners and development teams
• Strong understanding of data analytics and data-driven decision-making processes
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR and FCA requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
