Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for payments technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Bridge communication between product owners, stakeholders, and software development teams to facilitate seamless project delivery
• Conduct advanced analytics on payment data to provide data-driven insights that optimize transaction processing and reduce risks
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate payment solutions across JP Morgan Chase's international network
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in payment systems, ensuring high availability and security in financial transactions
• Develop and maintain documentation for solution architectures, including diagrams and process flows
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of payments technology practices
• Monitor emerging trends in fintech and payments to recommend innovative solutions for JP Morgan Chase
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies and industry standards for data privacy and cybersecurity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions analysis, payments technology, or financial systems development
• Proven track record in leading technical solutions for payment processing, transaction systems, or fintech platforms
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as PCI-DSS, ISO 20022, and SWIFT standards
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for deriving insights in high-volume transaction environments
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred for Mexico-based operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or certifications like CBAP or PMP
• Experience in agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence in a banking context
