Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for payments technology, leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize processes
• Oversee technical program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive end-to-end solution delivery
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in payment systems
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for payments platforms, integrating emerging technologies like AI and machine learning
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members
• Monitor and report on program metrics, using analytics to enhance decision-making and performance
• Ensure solutions comply with JP Morgan Chase's security standards and global financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions analysis, payments technology, or financial systems development
• Proven track record in technical program delivery within the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and real-time payments
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies in a technology-driven environment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile delivery frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
