Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for real estate technology solutions, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic investment goals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for real estate platforms
• Lead agile teams in the delivery of technology initiatives, including prioritization of features for asset management and portfolio optimization tools
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify innovative technologies enhancing real estate investment capabilities
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations in all technology implementations
• Facilitate workshops and demos to drive adoption of new solutions across JP Morgan's real estate investment teams
• Monitor project progress, resolve impediments, and report on KPIs to senior leadership
• Integrate emerging technologies like AI and blockchain to improve real estate data processing and decision-making
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to prototype and scale solutions for global real estate operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes within JP Morgan's technology organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology solutions analysis, product ownership, or program management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology initiatives for real estate or investment management platforms
• Strong understanding of real estate investment processes, including asset management, portfolio analytics, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence for managing product backlogs and sprints
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders in technology, business, and compliance
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and SEC requirements relevant to financial real estate technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution, ideally in real estate technology or investment banking divisions
