Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable AWS infrastructure using Terraform for the Sales, Research, and Data portfolio

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive reliability measures to minimize downtime
  • Develop and maintain SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators) for critical financial applications
  • Conduct incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to enhance system resilience
  • Optimize AWS resources for cost-efficiency while adhering to JP Morgan's security and compliance standards
  • Mentor junior SREs and foster a culture of reliability engineering within the team

Required Qualifications
