Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs for the API Marketplace, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in digital innovation
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage dependencies for API products serving financial services clients
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of API marketplace platforms, driving adoption among internal developers and external partners in the banking ecosystem
  • Identify and mitigate risks in program execution, including technical debt, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity threats specific to financial data APIs
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, track program metrics (e.g., API uptime, usage analytics), and report progress to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record managing complex API development and marketplace programs in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of API ecosystems, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API management platforms like Apigee or AWS API Gateway
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact tech programs within regulatory constraints
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders in a global financial institution
