Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in innovation and digital transformation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics in the financial services domain
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resources across global teams, mitigating issues related to regulatory compliance and financial data security
• Drive agile ceremonies and facilitate cross-functional communication to accelerate program execution in a fast-paced banking environment
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into financial programs
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's governance standards, including audit requirements and ethical guidelines in financial operations
• Mentor junior program managers and build high-performing teams to support long-term firm objectives
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future initiatives in tech-driven financial services
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver integrated solutions for JP Morgan's client-facing platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs in a global banking environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience with program management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, including compliance with UK financial regulations such as FCA guidelines
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification in project/program management
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and deliver programs on time in high-stakes financial settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal tools and processes, such as internal agile frameworks or risk management systems
• Knowledge of financial technologies like blockchain, AI-driven analytics, or cloud migration in banking
