Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex technical programs focused on integrating Identity and Access Management (IAM) with JP Morgan Chase's public cloud platforms, ensuring seamless and secure access for financial applications
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to define program scope, timelines, and deliverables while adhering to financial regulatory standards
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies for cloud IAM integrations, including vulnerability management and audit readiness in a high-stakes banking environment
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment across global teams to deliver programs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor program progress using agile tools and methodologies, providing regular updates to senior leadership on key milestones and potential roadblocks
• Facilitate the adoption of best practices for IAM in cloud environments, including zero-trust architectures and multi-factor authentication for JP Morgan's financial services
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies, escalations, and issues to ensure uninterrupted service for critical banking operations
• Contribute to strategic planning for future cloud and IAM initiatives, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's digital transformation goals in the financial sector
• Mentor junior program managers and promote a culture of innovation and compliance within the Technical Program Delivery team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud platforms and identity access management (IAM)
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale technology programs in a financial services environment, including regulatory compliance
• Deep expertise in integrating IAM solutions with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of financial industry regulations like GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS as they relate to cloud and IAM
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile methodologies within a global banking institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) or IAM (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase, managing programs involving secure data migration to the cloud
• Knowledge of JP Morgan's internal tools and frameworks for cloud adoption and identity governance
• Advanced degree or MBA with a focus on technology management in finance
