Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for cloud security, risks, and controls, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global technology strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and risk management to design and implement secure cloud architectures
• Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for cloud-based financial services, adhering to regulatory standards
• Oversee program delivery using agile frameworks, tracking milestones, budgets, and KPIs to drive operational excellence
• Conduct assessments of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend innovative control measures
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across senior leadership to align programs with business objectives in investment banking and asset management
• Drive continuous improvement in cloud governance processes, integrating automation and AI for enhanced security
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the firm's knowledge base on emerging cloud threats
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's Code of Conduct and ethical standards in all program activities
• Report on program progress and risks to executive committees, providing data-driven insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud security and risk management in financial services
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud migration and security implementation programs in a regulated environment like banking
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including security controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT
• Strong understanding of financial regulations including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and UK PRA requirements
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices within cloud environments
• Background in cybersecurity operations or threat modeling for financial institutions
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's internal tools and processes for cloud governance
• MBA or advanced certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
• International experience managing cross-border cloud programs in EMEA regions
