Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs in Corporate Risk Technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and risk management teams to define program scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams in a global environment
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into risk solutions
• Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency and cost
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices in program governance
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase, including executive presentations
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's risk and control frameworks throughout program lifecycles
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to talent development in the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex technology programs in risk management or compliance domains
• Strong understanding of corporate risk technologies, including regulatory reporting, stress testing, and risk analytics
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification in project/program management
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or MiFID II
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and data platforms in risk technology
• Background in leading digital transformation initiatives in banking
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's internal tools and processes
