Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps, scope, and deliverables for connectivity projects like API integrations and mobile platforms
  • Identify and mitigate risks in complex programs, adhering to financial services regulations and internal compliance standards at JP Morgan Chase
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, such as enhancing digital banking connectivity for seamless client interactions

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in digital channels or connectivity domains
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in program management tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and timelines for complex initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Experience with risk management and compliance in financial services, including knowledge of regulations like GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
