Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program management for digital channels initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in innovation and customer experience
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps, scope, and deliverables for connectivity projects like API integrations and mobile platforms
• Identify and mitigate risks in complex programs, adhering to financial services regulations and internal compliance standards at JP Morgan Chase
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, such as enhancing digital banking connectivity for seamless client interactions
• Monitor program progress using metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership on milestones, budgets, and outcomes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement in software engineering practices within the team
• Partner with vendors and external stakeholders to integrate third-party technologies into JP Morgan Chase's digital ecosystem
• Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies like blockchain or AI for potential application in digital channels
• Ensure program delivery supports JP Morgan Chase's commitment to secure, scalable, and reliable financial services
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of best practices in technical program management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in digital channels or connectivity domains
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in program management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and timelines for complex initiatives in a regulated environment
• Experience with risk management and compliance in financial services, including knowledge of regulations like GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a financial context
• Background in digital banking, mobile app development, or API connectivity for financial products
• Prior work at a major financial institution, ideally with exposure to high-frequency trading or payment systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in secure, enterprise environments
