Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs focused on digital enablement, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps and mitigate risks in a fast-paced banking environment
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like cloud services and automation to enhance client digital experiences
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources while adhering to strict regulatory compliance standards
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communication to resolve dependencies and escalate issues promptly
• Monitor program health using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement in technical delivery
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future digital initiatives
• Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with core banking systems to support secure, scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technology programs in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycles
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and API integrations
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, PSD2, and MiFID II relevant to UK/EU markets
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Background in digital enablement for banking platforms, including mobile and web applications
