Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs for JP Morgan Chase's Employee Platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and innovation goals
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics in the financial services domain
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams, mitigating impacts on program delivery and regulatory compliance
  • Drive adoption of agile practices and continuous improvement in employee platform technologies to enhance productivity and user experience
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for programs involving internal tools and HR systems
  • Facilitate cross-regional coordination for global employee platforms, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region from Singapore
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on program progress, outcomes, and ROI to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of leading complex technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • Experience managing programs in employee platforms, HR technology, or internal productivity tools
