Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, business, and compliance teams to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance banking platforms and client experiences
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and budgets, mitigating issues in a highly regulated financial environment
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices to accelerate delivery of high-impact projects
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to integrate solutions like cloud migration or data analytics into core banking operations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies, including data privacy and security protocols
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of program management frameworks at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technology programs in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience with program management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering innovative tech solutions for banking or capital markets
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in JP Morgan Chase or similar global investment bank
• Background in managing programs involving AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies in finance
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• MBA or advanced certification in financial technology
• Prior leadership in programs focused on risk management or cybersecurity in banking
