Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of IAM infrastructure projects, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to define project scopes, timelines, and milestones aligned with JP Morgan's risk management framework
• Oversee the integration of IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments to ensure seamless access for thousands of users in a high-stakes financial setting
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and drive issue resolution to achieve key deliverables without compromising data security or regulatory adherence
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, including executive reporting on IAM initiatives that support JP Morgan's global operations
• Implement agile practices to accelerate IAM deployments while maintaining audit-ready documentation for financial audits
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices for identity governance and privileged access management
• Ensure all IAM programs comply with evolving industry regulations and JP Morgan's internal policies on data privacy and cybersecurity
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes within the Technology division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years focused on Identity Access Management (IAM) in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure deployments in financial services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
• Deep technical expertise in IAM technologies including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication systems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments common in banking operations
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with large banks like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of JP Morgan's internal tools and frameworks for secure access management
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments
• Advanced certification in cybersecurity or IAM, such as CISSP or CISM
