Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments to ensure seamless access for thousands of users in a high-stakes financial setting
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and drive issue resolution to achieve key deliverables without compromising data security or regulatory adherence
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications, including executive reporting on IAM initiatives that support JP Morgan's global operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years focused on Identity Access Management (IAM) in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure deployments in financial services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
  • Deep technical expertise in IAM technologies including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication systems
