Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in financial services
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and resources for innovative fintech solutions
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams, adhering to regulatory requirements in banking
• Drive agile ceremonies, facilitate cross-functional communication, and resolve impediments to maintain program velocity
• Develop and track key performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership on technology initiatives
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and blockchain into financial products
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity standards
• Mentor junior program managers and build high-performing teams within JP Morgan's technology organization
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future delivery in the financial sector
• Partner with global stakeholders to scale programs across JP Morgan's international operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology programs in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices
• Experience with risk management, compliance standards like SOX, GDPR, and financial regulations
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional teams
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in capital markets, payments, or investment banking technology at a major financial institution
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a financial context
• Background in managing programs involving AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity in finance
• MBA or advanced degree in a business or technical field
• Prior experience at JP Morgan Chase or similar global bank
