Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative business processes to enhance the digital retail banking experience at JP Morgan Chase
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to shape seamless customer journeys and drive operational excellence
  • Manage end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and reduce risks
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to promote agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Monitor program progress using KPIs, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time within budget constraints
  • Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and automation into banking processes
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and industry standards for secure financial operations
  • Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of passion and accountability in process engineering

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in financial services or digital banking
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in process engineering and operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in banking, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or RBI guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving digital transformation and customer experience enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management
