Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in wealth management and investment banking
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and budgets, mitigating risks in a highly regulated financial environment
• Oversee cross-functional teams to drive innovation in areas like digital transformation and data analytics for client services
• Implement agile practices to accelerate program delivery while maintaining compliance with SEC and FINRA standards
• Monitor program progress using KPIs, reporting on milestones, issues, and resolutions to executive leadership
• Facilitate integration of new technologies such as cloud platforms and AI into core banking systems
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to JP Morgan's cybersecurity and data privacy protocols
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technical delivery team
• Coordinate with global teams in Wilmington, DE, to support seamless operations across JP Morgan's international footprint

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technology programs in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and risk management practices in banking
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and compliance experts
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's technology stack or similar enterprise systems in investment banking
