Key Responsibilities

• Drive structure and discipline around asset management initiatives using standard project frameworks, including scope definition and business impact analysis
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs supporting asset management platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to identify risks and mitigate issues in financial technology projects
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and innovation in investment operations
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and reporting to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes
• Conduct thorough assessments of business needs in asset management, translating them into actionable technical roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's risk management policies and financial industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement in technical delivery
• Integrate emerging technologies like AI and machine learning to enhance asset management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical program management within the financial services industry
• Proven background in asset management, including knowledge of investment operations, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical programs using agile or waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as MiFID II, GDPR, and SEC requirements
• Demonstrated ability to perform business impact analysis and establish project scopes for high-stakes initiatives
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
