  • Proven track record of leading complex technology programs from inception to delivery in a regulated industry like banking
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in high-stakes financial technology projects
  • Experience with risk management, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), and financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank
