Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs focused on workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics for innovative tech initiatives
• Manage risks, dependencies, and budgets for multi-million-dollar programs, adhering to financial industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Drive agile ceremonies, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and resolve impediments to maintain program velocity and quality
• Oversee integration of workplace technologies like secure collaboration platforms and cloud-based tools to enhance employee productivity in a banking environment
• Monitor program health through KPIs, reporting progress to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and emerging technologies in financial workplace solutions
• Ensure all programs meet security standards and support JP Morgan's commitment to data privacy and operational resilience
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the Technical Program Delivery team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments
• Proven track record of leading complex technology programs from inception to delivery in a regulated industry like banking
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in high-stakes financial technology projects
• Experience with risk management, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), and financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
• Experience in workplace technology solutions, such as collaboration tools, cloud infrastructure, or digital workplace platforms
• Background in fintech innovation, including AI/ML integrations or cybersecurity in financial systems
• Prior work at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms in a financial services context
