Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, business, and compliance teams to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Drive agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement in development teams focused on financial services applications
• Oversee resource allocation and vendor management for projects involving core banking systems or trading infrastructure
• Monitor program performance using KPIs such as velocity, defect rates, and ROI, reporting to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
• Ensure adherence to financial industry regulations and security standards in all program deliverables
• Facilitate cross-team communication to resolve blockers and promote innovation in areas like AI-driven risk assessment or blockchain integration
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of best practices within JP Morgan's technology organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technology programs in a fast-paced environment like banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering software solutions for financial systems, such as trading platforms or risk management tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and timelines for enterprise-level projects
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, including GDPR, SOX, and Basel III standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Advanced certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or DevOps practices
