Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, compliance, and risk management, to drive innovation in areas like digital transformation and cybersecurity
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies for multi-million-dollar initiatives
• Monitor program progress, identify dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to regulatory requirements
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders at JP Morgan Chase
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to support scalable financial solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology project or program management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading complex technical programs from inception to delivery in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a regulated financial environment, including compliance with SEC, FINRA, and data privacy standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M and timelines for multi-year programs
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and stakeholders at JP Morgan Chase
