Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of transformative learning initiatives focused on Risk Management and Compliance within JP Morgan Chase
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee knowledge on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and align programs with organizational goals
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery methods
  • Develop and report key learning metrics, including completion rates, engagement levels, and knowledge retention, to senior management
  • Support the integration of digital learning tools and technologies to create scalable, innovative training solutions
  • Ensure all learning initiatives comply with JP Morgan's internal policies and global regulatory standards
  • Facilitate workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning experiences for diverse audiences in the financial services sector
  • Monitor industry trends in risk and compliance training to keep programs current and effective
  • Mentor junior learning professionals and contribute to the broader Learning & Development strategy at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in financial services or risk management
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for compliance and risk topics
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services, such as AML, KYC, and Basel accords
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP or equivalent)
