Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, capture, and report loss events in accordance with JP Morgan Chase's LEC framework to ensure accurate risk assessment
  • Perform reconciliations of financial data across multiple systems and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity
  • Conduct root cause analysis on identified issues and recommend process improvements for controller functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, or control functions within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify discrepancies
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
