Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial controls, audit, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SOX, IFRS, and US GAAP
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools
  • Experience in a large-scale banking environment, preferably with multinational exposure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial setting
