Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for legal entities under JP Morgan Chase's global structure
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including SOX and Basel requirements
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned entities
• Analyze and reconcile intercompany transactions to maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit and internal control activities
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with legal entity operations
• Contribute to process improvements in legal entity control to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management and regulatory bodies
• Participate in training and development initiatives within the 2026 ReEntry Program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of prior experience in financial reporting, accounting, or compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of legal entity accounting principles and regulatory requirements such as IFRS or GAAP
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools used in banking environments
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team setting
• Eligibility to participate in career reentry programs, such as those for professionals returning after a career break

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience in legal entity control or consolidation within a multinational bank
