Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytical models to support lending product performance and optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, risk analysts, and IT to deliver data-driven solutions
  • Create dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools to communicate insights to business leaders
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to enhance lending product features and user experience
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for lending products and recommend strategic improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank and Basel III in all analytical work
  • Support the integration of AI and machine learning into lending analytics workflows
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and professional growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech and lending to inform product strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or financial services analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of lending products, credit risk, and financial regulations in the banking sector
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
