Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end licensing process for new hires and existing staff, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
  • Provide comprehensive support to candidates throughout the licensing application process, including guidance on requirements and troubleshooting issues
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards from Philippine authorities and JPMorgan Chase internal policies
  • Prepare and deliver key reports on licensing status, compliance metrics, and audit findings to senior management
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Business teams to align licensing activities with broader organizational goals
  • Conduct regular audits of licensing records to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary updates to processes
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on licensing procedures and compliance best practices
  • Manage relationships with external regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries or requests for information

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or administrative support within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Philippine financial regulations and licensing requirements from bodies like the SEC and BSP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking or investment banking sector, ideally with exposure to global financial institutions
  • Knowledge of international licensing standards and cross-border compliance issues
  • Certification in compliance or regulatory affairs, such as from the International Compliance Association
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience using CRM systems or licensing management software
