  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in treasury and account management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from product ideation to execution
  • Conduct liquidity risk assessments and provide forecasting models for client portfolios
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand JP Morgan Chase's presence in the Latin American client solutions market
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations in all client engagements
  • Monitor performance metrics of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in liquidity management, treasury services, or account solutions within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, particularly in Latin America markets
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Mexico and broader Latin America
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience with cash management products, liquidity forecasting, and payment solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
  • Prior experience at a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
