Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand and address liquidity needs, providing tailored solutions for payment settlement systems (PSS)
  • Support the commercialization of liquidity products, including market analysis and product positioning
  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure optimal liquidity positions and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to drive business growth
  • Assist in the implementation of new liquidity tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration
  • Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, liquidity metrics, and commercialization strategies
  • Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies in a dynamic global banking environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in liquidity management, treasury operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and commercialization processes in banking
  • Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to liquidity and accounts
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local Indian financial markets is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
