Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new liquidity products, ensuring seamless integration with client treasury operations
  • Analyze client needs and provide expert advice on optimizing liquidity positions to minimize costs and enhance efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including risk management, compliance, and technology, to deliver solutions compliant with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Monitor and troubleshoot liquidity structures post-implementation to ensure ongoing performance and client satisfaction
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on utilizing JP Morgan's liquidity tools and platforms
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in liquidity management to advise clients proactively
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on liquidity solutions for senior stakeholders and clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in liquidity management, cash pooling, or treasury services within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in implementing complex financial solutions, including notional pooling structures
  • Strong understanding of global banking regulations and cross-border liquidity frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as treasury management systems (TMS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with strong communication skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
