Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in software testing, defect management, or production support within financial services

  • Strong understanding of defect lifecycle, including identification, logging, triage, and resolution in a production environment
  • Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar
