  • Collaborate with sales, credit, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transaction closings

  • Mentor junior associates on best practices in lending services
  • Prepare reports on team performance and transaction metrics for senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in loan origination, equipment finance, or commercial lending
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations, including UCC filings and equipment leasing standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume transaction environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with attention to detail
