Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of loans, including monitoring payments, balances, and terms to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process loan modifications, payoffs, and restructurings in accordance with JP Morgan Chase policies and regulatory requirements
  • Review and verify loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to federal and state regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan servicing, escalating complex matters to senior teams
  • Perform daily reconciliations of loan accounts and prepare reports on portfolio performance for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and collections, to support seamless loan operations
  • Identify and mitigate risks in loan servicing processes, ensuring data integrity and fraud prevention
  • Utilize loan servicing platforms to update records, generate statements, and track key performance indicators
  • Assist in audits and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan servicing, operations, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, regulations, and compliance standards such as TILA and RESPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
  • Experience with loan servicing systems or core banking software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified in loan operations or related financial certifications (e.g., ABA Certificate in Loan Operations)
