Key Responsibilities

  • Process and service syndicated and bilateral loans, ensuring accurate booking and funding of advances
  • Monitor collateral positions and perform daily valuations for asset-based lending facilities
  • Review and verify loan documentation for compliance with credit agreements and regulatory standards
  • Handle borrower inquiries, payments, and amendments in coordination with relationship managers
  • Reconcile loan balances, interest accruals, and fees using JP Morgan's proprietary systems
  • Prepare reports on loan portfolio performance and risk metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and credit teams to resolve discrepancies and exceptions
  • Support audit and regulatory examinations by providing accurate loan servicing records
  • Assist in onboarding new asset-based lending deals, including setup of covenants and monitoring tools
  • Identify and escalate operational risks or issues in loan servicing processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in loan servicing, asset-based lending, or syndicated loan operations
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation, including credit agreements and collateral requirements
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as Dodd-Frank and Basel III
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex, high-volume transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
