Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of a team of loan servicing specialists, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan payments, disbursements, and account maintenance
  • Monitor loan portfolios for compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including RBI and international standards
  • Lead team performance management, including coaching, development, and performance evaluations to drive productivity and quality
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize loan servicing workflows, leveraging technology and automation tools at JPMorgan Chase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as risk management, legal, and client services to resolve complex loan issues
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on loan servicing activities to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as RBI guidelines, Basel III, and U.S. lending regulations
  • Experience with loan servicing systems like Loan IQ or similar platforms used at JPMorgan Chase
  • Ability to handle complex loan portfolios including commercial and consumer loans
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous
