Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of loan servicing specialists, ensuring high performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee the end-to-end loan servicing processes, including payments, disbursements, and account maintenance for commercial and retail loans
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies, RBI regulations, and international standards to mitigate operational risks
  • Monitor and analyze loan portfolio performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to minimize delinquencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as credit risk, legal, and technology to enhance servicing efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in loan servicing or credit operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing teams of 10+ specialists in a high-volume lending environment
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements including RBI guidelines, Basel III, and international lending standards
  • Experience with loan servicing systems such as Loan IQ or similar platforms used at JPMorgan Chase
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex loan portfolios including commercial and consumer lending products
  • Certification in financial services such as CFA or FRM is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
  • Prior experience working in a global financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
