As a Loan Servicing Manager III in our Lending Services category, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, you will play a pivotal role in our Commercial & Investment Bank division. This position involves leading a dynamic team of loan servicing specialists to ensure seamless operations for a diverse portfolio of loans, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences while navigating the complexities of the Indian and global financial markets. You will report to senior operations leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with JPMorgan Chase's focus on innovation, risk management, and regulatory excellence. Your primary focus will be on overseeing daily loan servicing activities, from payment processing and account reconciliation to handling modifications and workouts for commercial loans. You will drive team performance by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and implementing best practices to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy rates and resolution times. In this role, compliance is paramount; you will ensure all activities adhere to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and JPMorgan Chase's internal controls, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes through technology integration, such as AI-driven analytics for early delinquency detection. Beyond operational management, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to support cross-border lending initiatives and contribute to risk mitigation strategies that protect the firm's interests. This position offers exposure to high-impact projects, including digital transformation efforts to enhance servicing platforms, and requires a proactive approach to fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous learning within your team.
