Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee an assigned portfolio of loans, ensuring timely servicing and compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Review and process loan payments, interest calculations, and principal reductions accurately
  • Monitor loan performance, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to senior management
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in loan servicing systems
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as credit risk, legal, and collections to support loan lifecycle management
  • Prepare reports on portfolio status, delinquency trends, and servicing metrics for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in loan servicing, credit operations, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and banking policies
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools used in lending operations
  • Ability to handle complex loan portfolios with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Loan Servicing Professional (CLSP) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a global financial institution environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or MBA in Finance
