Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor an assigned portfolio of loans, ensuring timely payments, interest calculations, and principal reductions
  • Review and process loan modifications, extensions, and restructurings in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of loan accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk, legal, and client services to support loan servicing needs
  • Prepare and distribute reports on portfolio performance, including delinquency tracking and covenant compliance
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to loan terms, payments, and servicing activities
  • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards in all servicing activities
  • Assist in onboarding new loans to the servicing system and updating records for portfolio changes
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in loan servicing operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loan servicing, credit operations, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and banking policies
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools used in lending services
  • Ability to handle high-volume portfolios with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Loan Servicing Professional (CLSP) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with syndicated loans or commercial lending portfolios
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal systems like Loan IQ or similar platforms
  • Advanced degree or MBA in Finance
