Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to the needs of JP Morgan Chase's high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless integration with their financial lifestyles
• Collaborate with financial advisors to align travel plans with client investment strategies and event attendance, such as global conferences or exclusive retreats
• Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including private jets, yachts, and VIP experiences, while adhering to JP Morgan's compliance and security protocols
• Provide 24/7 concierge support for travel disruptions, leveraging financial services resources for rapid resolutions
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to incorporate personalized elements like wellness retreats or cultural immersions that complement their wealth management goals
• Monitor travel trends and luxury offerings to recommend innovative experiences that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty to JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury travel planning or high-net-worth client services within the financial sector
• Proven track record of managing complex travel itineraries for executive clients in banking or investment services
• In-depth knowledge of global travel regulations, visa requirements, and luxury accommodations
• Strong understanding of financial services compliance and risk management in travel arrangements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with affluent clients
• Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems used in financial advisory contexts

Preferred Qualifications
