Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch optimization
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards
  • Partner with technology teams to integrate payment solutions with JP Morgan's global platforms, such as Chase Connect and digital treasury tools
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather metrics to measure product performance and client satisfaction
  • Support sales and relationship management teams by providing product expertise during client engagements and solution demonstrations
  • Monitor emerging technologies like blockchain and real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems to drive product innovation
  • Contribute to strategic planning for treasury services expansion in Southeast Asia
  • Prepare reports and presentations on product performance for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payments, treasury services, or financial product management
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including real-time payments, cross-border transactions, and regulatory frameworks in Asia-Pacific
  • Proficiency in financial services technologies such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, and API integrations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on product lifecycle management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous
