Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of leading multiple engineering teams in delivering complex software solutions in the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a regulated environment
  • Experience managing day-to-day implementation activities and ensuring compliance with financial industry standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX
