Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams focused on branch workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Manage day-to-day implementation activities, including code reviews, sprint planning, and issue resolution
• Set overall guidance for team output, development practices, and cross-team collaboration to drive innovation in financial services applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements for branch tech solutions like mobile apps and digital kiosks
• Oversee the adoption of secure coding standards and compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and software delivery speed
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team
• Drive integration of emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning into branch workplace tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams
• Proven track record in leading agile development practices and delivering high-quality software solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and modern development tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
