Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of leading multiple engineering teams in delivering complex software solutions in the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a regulated environment
  • Experience managing day-to-day implementation activities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic guidance for team practices, collaboration, and output in high-stakes financial projects
