Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development
  • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR and SOX
  • Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in developing applications for capital markets or risk management in banking
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Oracle Java Certification
