Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams focused on .NET development, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Manage day-to-day implementation activities, including code reviews, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level applications
• Set overall guidance for team output, best practices, and collaboration, promoting agile methodologies and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps for banking and investment platforms
• Ensure software solutions comply with financial regulations, security standards, and JP Morgan's risk management frameworks
• Drive innovation in .NET-based systems to enhance efficiency in areas like transaction processing and customer data management
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and scalability for high-volume financial operations
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team in Hyderabad
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
• Integrate emerging technologies to support JP Morgan's digital transformation in global finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing .NET development teams
• Proven track record of leading multiple agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, and related technologies for building scalable enterprise applications
• Experience with financial systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and secure coding practices in banking
• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day implementation activities and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, with a focus on .NET integrations for financial applications
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins in a regulated industry
• Prior work in JP Morgan Chase or similar global financial institutions, handling large-scale data processing and security
• Certification in .NET development (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) or agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master)
• Familiarity with financial technologies such as payment systems, risk management tools, or blockchain integrations
