Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and compliance teams to define requirements for low-latency trading applications
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Mentor and coach team members on best practices in coding, testing, and debugging for financial systems
  • Drive innovation in trading technology, incorporating emerging tools for real-time market data processing
  • Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards such as SEC, FINRA, and internal JPMorgan Chase policies
